I have always been a creative person with an entrepreneurial spirit. I started my entrepreneurial career selling potato chips for five cents from the front lawn at age 3.
Growing up and even into adulthood, I suffered greatly with a lack of follow through–leaving many tasks or projects unfinished. I later realized I did this so others would not be able to judge my finished work. Feeling incomplete and rather needy, I allowed certain people into my life who mocked me for speaking my truth. Through the years, I have struggled with perfectionism and in turn, with what others thought about me.
My difficulties with time management were so severe that people used to say I would be late for my own funeral. I would shut-down in frustration, until I created strategies to help myself. I learned how to draw on my over abundant, strengths found in my entrepreneurial brain style.
As the owner of 3 Franchises, I learned that it is important to develop relationships with other business owners and their sources of influence. I have always enjoyed connecting people, yet hated attending networking groups and doing elevator pitches. As CEO of Evolutionary Healer I have perfected the art of Relationship Marketing.
I have over 30 years of experience in education and neuroscience. Most of those years were in private clinical work in the area of Special Education so I really know how to simplify the complex in order to help my coaching clients create results-driven materials.
My training and experience as a Master Certified Repetitive Behavior Cellular Regression™ Practitioner has enabled me to help my clients understand and work through internal and external factors influencing personal performance as well as help provide them with a clear direction.
I take a holistic approach to coaching including how experiences, environment, emotions, and education influence behaviors and successes in life and business.
In addition to my work as a Transformational Performance Improvement Coach I work closely with my husband, Terry Earthwind Nichols, in training and certifying Repetitive Behavior Cellular Regression™ Practitioners as part of the Earthwind Academy.

Certain events in a person’s life can produce traumatic emotional tags that can be so severe a person actually sets into motion various protections that can cause them to forget the event even occurred. Two events such as this happened to me. The result for my life was going from one fabulous success after another followed by self-sabotage and failure.
All I knew was that I just wanted to get off the Merry-Go-Round of negative repetitive behavior. In other words, enough is enough. Sound familiar?
I am known as the Father of Repetitive Behavior Cellular Regression™, CR for short. As a retired U.S. Navy Profiler, I created the CR process in search of a way to help myself. After discovering the CR Process, my wife Linda Vettrus-Nichols helped me to further develop this online, non-linear, sequencing model.
Linda has over 30 years in brain re-patterning and neuroscience and has developed a way to help our clients notice if they are using their new neural pathway or have plugged back into their old ways of thinking and being. This has not only reduced anxiety for our clients, it has helped them to make more money in their business and improve their relationships.
Initially The CR Process was only available within our coaching packages. Through conversations with prospective clients it became apparent that we could serve more people and produce a new income stream. Our various clients were so profoundly moved by a deep sense of inner peace that they wanted to learn The CR Process and help others. Linda and I opened Earthwind Academy in June of 2013 and between clients, CR Practitioners, and Master CR Practitioners we are already spanning the globe. My reputation in “SituationalMarketing” is well known and people come to me from around the globe for single launch coaching and consulting.
We now have a non-profit arm of Evolutionary Healer and have created the Global Project for Repetitive Behaviors. We are seeking grants through the National Institute of Health and the VA to help Veterans and their families. I am pleased and excited that we can help with suicide ideation, Military and non-military Sexual Trauma, Post Traumatic Stress and other repetitive behaviors.
